Perform – It Is Medal Time!

I love performance. The recent Olympics were a thrill. Performance equals measurement. Performance means you must collect data and you must do it in a systematic and objective manner. Taping out that discus throw, that javelin toss, or that shot put. To perform you must determine your efficiency and effectiveness - how well do you deliver in those ten decathlon track and field events alaBryan Ezra Tsumoru Clay and how many objectives have you obtained to muster the commitment and discipline of Michael Phelps. Performance calls for tracking over time what you are committed to doing at the core of your being. You need to strive to demonstrate your continuous improvement and benchmark your struggle to perform against levels of performance by similar communities of strivers. Performance means achieving strategic objectives - stretching on the last pole vault to clear the bar. Successful performance improves results, engages others, and builds partnerships. Performance achieves strategic objectives but is also a means of uniting others in a common goal to further the betterment of the public good and well-being. We are all better off for the medal seeking performers in our midst - celebrate the. Jenn Stuczynski's of the world - creators of hometown pride so felt today in the yard signs of Fredonia and among the other communities of Western New York. It is medal time!
