Strength, Stamina and Courage at the LAFC

The Lockport Athletic and Fitness Club in Lockport, NY is holding it's very own Summer Olympics. 5 Teams, representing 5 different countries will compete on Saturday, August 11th at noon. The 25 athletes involved will go head to head in 5 different categories.
- Two minute squat with 75% of their body weight
- One mile run
- Two minute Miltary press with 25% of their body weight
- A one footed balance on a balance disk
- Roman chair knee lifted hold for duration

The challenge is on to see which one of the countries will win!
Will it be...
Italy
Brazil
Austria
Turkey or the
USA

Pick a team you think will win and you too can be a winner of $100.00 and many other prize give aways that have been donated by local businesses such as...
Gift cards from Tops Markets, Wal-Mart and Olympia Sport, Gift certificates from Fieldstone and Molinaro's Restaurants, gift baskets from Pecaroro's Salon, Panera Breads and Kay Jewelers just to name a few.

A $10 donation to the American Heart Association Heart Walk is required with every pick of a country.
