IMPORTANT CHANGE NOTICE:

Single Point of Accountability (SPOA) is now combined with FVN Referral Process
-----------------------------------------------------------


"OUR VOICES COUNT TOO!" - This is the name of the new referral package that will be distributed to all Mental and Behavioral Health Agencies making referrals into Family Voices Network of Erie County. Children, youth and families are referred for services who are at-risk of being removed from their home, school or community because of serious emotional, behavioral or social challenges they face in their every day lives.

A mailing to all referring agencies will begin November 26-December 8th. The "Our Voices County Too!" FVN Referral Package will be available for distribution and mailed. After December 1st the documents will be available on our website for downloading.

Erie County has moved to One Form. One Application. One Process for all children referrals in Erie County.
