Free Money for Niagara Arts!!!

What:	The Carnegie Art Center is pleased to announce the 2009 Arts Niagara Decentralization grant cycle has begun! This grant program is designed to expand, nurture, and promote quality arts and cultural programming for the entire community of NiagaraCounty. The Arts Niagara Decentralization program is part funded by the New York State Council on the Arts (NYSCA). *The 2009 Arts Niagara* DEC Guidelines and Application are now available online at www.carnegieartcenter.org/grant!All applicants (new and old) are required to attend an Application Seminar where this year's DEC Grant guidelines and application are reviewed.
