Marathon

Marathon. The process of transforming Niagara County is a marathon. A marathon is a long distance event based on an ancient Greek event, run over a distance of just over 26 miles. A marathon can also be any long and arduous undertaking. 26 miles is a long way. Even thinking about running that far takes a certain amount of endurance. Yet marathoners do it again, and again, and again. Completing a marathon is considered difficult, but many coaches believe that it is possible for anyone who is willing to put in the time and effort to do it. Marathons require a recommended minimum of 4 months of running 3-5 days a week, keeping a comfortable pace, balancing the ups and downs, maintaining a steady pace, and surviving. It may be all about survival. Niagara County must run its marathon to continuously improve every day, always expect to achieve higher
