During the holidays -- when the world is emphasizing family, comfort and joy -- many people are experiencing feelings of depression.
On Friday, Dec. 7 at 10:30 a.m., ElderWood Village at Rosewood will host a free seminar on the five stages of grief and recovery. Chaplain Deborah Tyler will share methods for coping with depression, and will be available for questions and answers.
The seminar is free and open to the public. ElderWood Village at Rosewood is located at 76 Buffalo St. in Hamburg.
