Beautify Niagara Clean Up Campaign

Have you or your organization signed up to help Beautify Niagara yet? it's not too late to be a part of a city-wide clean up campaign to be held April 21, 2007. The event kicks off at 8:15 am at the Seneca Niagara Casino and Hotel under the 4th Street arch. Temporary parking available in self park off Duggen Drive. A continental breakfast will be provided by the Seneca Casino. Volunteers will pick up gloves, bags, a Seneca Casino-Beautify Niagara sweatshirt and a raincoat compliments of the Maid of the Mist (tell me we won't need them Mr. Weatherman!). Following a morning of clean up we will all meet at the Oasis Pavillion in Hyde Park for hot dogs. You can find this near the Ice Rink.

Thanks to our sponsors - Seneca Niagara Casino and Hotel for breakfast and shirts, Modern Corporation for gloves, Great American Clean Up for bags from Glad Corporation, Sam's Club for hot dogs and rolls, Target and Wegmans for other picnic supplies and Pepsi for drinks. Additional thanks to DeFranco Hardware for the use of the grill and NF Memorial Medical Center for non latex gloves. Great publicity has been provided by the Niagara Gazette for this event and your group can be mentioned in their ads as a good citizen volunteer.

You can sign up by calling the NFFD at 286-4729 and leave your information with Firefighter Anthony Presutti. You may select an area to clean or we will assign you by mail. This event is sponsored by the Niagara Beautification Commission an all volunteer organization of dedicated citizens to help keep Niagara Falls clean and beautiful. We hope to see you there.
