You're Invited to "Dinner's Ready!"


Cornell Cooperative Extension and Niagara Community Action Program at the Rose Marra Center are happy to announce Dinner's Ready! ...a series of FREE workshops offering new and fresh ideas to make mealtime easier. Workshop participants will learn how to:

--plan meals ahead of time
--compare prices before buying food
--shop effectively using a grocery list
-- use a written spending plan or budget
-- set goals for adding more physical activity into their lives
-- make and taste hassle-free meals

Best of all, we will cook and sample several delicious entrees and try new meal suggestions.

The group will meet at the Rose Marra Center located at 564 -19th Street in Niagara Falls. Classes will be held on Tuesdays, June3rd - July 8th, from 10:30am - 12:00 pm. Attendance is required at all sessions.

Pre-registration is required as space is limited! To register, call 278-8131.
