Cornell Cooperative Extension and Mount St. Mary's Hospital are teaming up for the 7th consecutive year to offer
SHAPEDOWN, a weight management and behavior modification program for youth ages 8-12 and their families.
The program will be offered on ten consecutive Wednesdays from
February 6 through April 23 from 5:20 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at the Niagara County Community College Sanborn Campus.
SHAPEDOWN is the nation's leading weight management program for youth. The program engages families and provides professional expertise and guidance by Nurses, Dietitians, Physical Therapists, Athletic Trainers and Social Workers, inclusing our newest partner from the Center For Joy. The program also has an enhanced fitness component with core strengthening, circuit training, and aquatics.
Registration for the entire 10-week program is $50 per child and most insurances are accepted.
For information and registration contact Cornell Cooperative Extension at 278-8131.
