[Edit]Mangosteen: Keeps Your Health In Balance!
Contributed by: Ron Danielewicz

Health is defined as balance. It is balance and harmony of function. If your blood pressure is too high or too low, it's out of balance and is a problem. If your weight is too high or too low, it's out of balance and is a problem. So if health is balance, then how do you achieve this balance and how do you maintain it? It is really very simple. There is a pattern; I call it the pattern of life. It has three steps, and if you maintain these three steps in a balanced fashion then you'll have good health. These steps are nutrition, circulation and elimination. Every single cell in your body needs the same thing: nutrition, circulation and elimination. When you have a balance of these three steps, it balances the rest of your system, and you have a healthy life.

It all starts with nutrition. What's the most important nutrient? The most important nutrient, the one you need more than any other, is the one you are missing. Years ago sailors got scurvy and died because they didn't have vitamin C. Because they were deficient in vitamin C, that was the most important nutrient for them. If there are nutrients you are lacking, it may take weeks or months, but the symptoms will be there. You'll get weak, you'll get sick more often, or maybe you'll be tired. Whatever the symptoms are, they are messages telling you that your body has a deficiency. To avoid deficiencies, you need to eat a balanced, healthy diet and take the recommended amounts of vitamin and mineral supplements. However, even if you ate the best diet and took all the recommended vitamins and minerals, you would still be deficient in an entire category of nutrients. What do I mean by a nutrient category? Vitamins are a nutrient category containing many different vitamins; minerals are a nutrient category containing many different minerals.

There is another nutritional category-one you may not have heard of until now. It is called xanthones and there are many different xanthones within this category that can make a tremendous difference in your health. For more than 20 years, scientists have been doing research on xanthones and gathering a great deal of information about their health benefits. Xanthones exist almost exclusively in tropical fruits. One fruit in particular is the number one source of xanthones. It is called mangosteen. This fruit, grown in Southeast Asia, is totally different and unrelated to the mango. People in Asian countries have used it for centuries. They enjoy it for its delicious taste, but they also use it for healing fever, intestinal problems, skin problems, wounds, painful conditions, inflammatory conditions and more. One of the reasons the benefits of mangosteen are so enormous is because xanthones are the nutrients your body has been missing. Research shows that nutrients in mang! osteen have the potential to prevent more than 95 percent of the illnesses people most commonly suffer from today. Previously mangosteen was only available to the people in Southeast Asia and tropical areas where mangosteen grows, but now that mangosteen is available in beverage form, it is possible to distribute it for people worldwide. It is important, however, to find and use the mangosteen beverage that maintains the high xanthone levels in mangosteen.

It has been said that knowledge is power. I think it is more accurate to say knowledge in action is power. If you don't put the knowledge you have into action, it is powerless to help you. So use what you have learned here, create balance, drink mangosteen juice every day and get your missing nutrients for a healthier and happier life.
