Wacky Sox Wednesdays !!

What:	NEXT › ‹ PREVIOUS Every Wednesday in October and November is "Wacky Sox Wednesday" at the Town of Hamburg Senior Services Fitness Center. Wear your wackiest sox and you could win a prize. Whether you workout in our well equipped and very friendly gym, therapeutic pool, or in a fun and energising class, the Senior Fitness Center can meet your exercise needs. You do not have to be a resident of the Town of Hamburg but you do need to be 60 years old or older to participate. Our facility is open Mon. - Fri. from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Classes take place throughout the day both in the pool and the aerobic room. We have TaiChi in the aerobic room and AiChi in the water. For those of you who have Encompass 65, we have the SilverSneakers program with the gym, open swim, SilverSplash class and SilverSneakers I and II classes free to you.
