Governor signs Hamburg code enforcement bill

Governor Eliot Spitzer has signed into law the bill that will allow the town to consolidate code enforcement services with the Villages of Blasdell and Hamburg. This was the last major step that needed to occur for this consolidation to take place. The consolidation will provide better services to our residents at a decreased cost. This is definitely a major positive change for the town and will hopefully lead to even more consolidated efforts by the three municipalities.

Special thanks of course go out to the Governor, Senator William Stachowski and Assembly Jack Quinn.
