This new year is BUSY! But whats on TV?

The new "year" I talked about before has had me very busy. Every single day of the week we have some sort of event or activity to do in our home. EVERY SINGLE DAY. There's band practices, dance classes, church groups, religon classes, pick ups, drop offs and let me tell you, its busy.

To top it off work is busy, new projects, lots of work, and keeping me busy every minute of the day there as well. So i get to punch out at work, do the running around and then sti back finally and un wind a bit. So lets watch some TV.

I admit it, I'm a TV person, I will never be one of those guys who say, Oh I dont watch TV. I like TV, I always have, my parents used tosay i was a TV junkie, friends and co workers are amazed of my ridiculous TV knowledge and trivia. From early morning saturday cartoons, to late night saturday night live. I like it and this season is looking pretty good with some good new shows.

On Monday, we got the new show Chuck, which was good, funny, yet some action mixed in, a very interesting and original story, which is unusual for television some times. Then we have season 2 of Heroes at 9, the only show in years to get me to postpone watching Monday Night Raw, thank goodness for DVRs.

Last night we had the pilot for Reaper. Directed by Kevin Smith and starring the guy who used to be on The Loop. This so far has been the new show of the new year. Funny, creative, and amazing special effects. A 21 year old guy finds out his parents sold his soul to the devil before he was born. Its being replayed several times this week on the CW network.Cavemen and Carpoolers starts next week, both have some possibilites but I'm not holding my breath.

Wednesday, tonight asI write this, we have KidNation,I've only watched it a bit, seems okay, I guess I watch andthink, man my kids would kick butt at this show. BionicWoman was on, caught some of it, and what I saw I liked, again thank goodness forDVR, I'll watch itlater. Right now Life is on, its okay, a copshow with a twist.

Tomorrow is the big night, return ofMy Name is Earl, and The Office. YES! We also have a new season of Smallville and it looks like Supergirl is going to join the cast.

Yes I like television, and I look forward to seeing the new shows, I'm waiting for Lost to come back I cant wait to see where Heroes goes with their new season and wondering what midseason shows we'll get in a couple of months.

Be sure to check out Dirty Sexy Money. If it's not replayed you can get it on ABC.com. I watched it after Bionic Woman and liked it a lot more than I thought I would. It's not just a prime-time soap which it what it was marketed as, in my opinion. It's more of a dry comedy. It's Arrested Development + Brothers & Sisters with a dash of Baldwin-lite (Billy). 30 Rock - returning next week - is totally deserving of the Emmy win so check that out on Thursdays between Earl and The Office if you don't already. ... yea, I'm a massive TV junkie too.
