Ayide was witnessed shooting his dog in the eye with a BB gun last month; the witness brought the dog to the SPCA's shelter in Tonawanda for care. The dog, a young, female pit bull terrier dubbed Missy by SPCA staff members, needed her eye amputated and is recovering nicely.
