Courtney Otto qualifies for Speedo Championships

Courtney Otto leads STAR at 14 & Under GOLD JO meet Courtney Otto (13) qualified for the USA Speedo Championships in Boston in March by swimming a 4:36.10 in the 400 IM as well as qualifying in the 200 fly with a 2:10.01. She placed 1st in both events. This is the first time she has made this prestigious meet. Courtney also placed 1st in the 100 free, 200 breast, 100 back, 100 fly, 200 IM, 200 free, and the 50 back. She was 2nd in the 50 breast. Other STAR swimmers who placed in the TOP 16 were: Julia Carson (12) who was 13th in the 100 IM, 10th in the 200 breast, 11th in the 500 free, 15th in the 200 back, 16th in the 200 IM, and 15th in the 50 breast. Jule Deren (13) placed 9th in the 50 breast. Betsy Erickson (12) was 13th in the 100 free, 6th in the 200 breast, 8th in the 100 back, 5th in the 200 back, 11th in the 200 IM, and 13th in the 50 breast. Garrett Graesser (13) placed 4th in the 100 free, 1st in the 100 IM, 1st in the 100 back, 1st in the 200 back, 4th in the 200 IM, 3rd in the 50 breast, 3rd in the 50 free, 3rd in the 200 free, and 1st in the 50 back. Hannah Graesser (11) placed 4th in the 50 free, 2nd in the 100 IM, 6th in the 100 back, 5th in the 200 back, 5th in the 200 IM, 12th in the 50 breast, 7th in the 50 free, 11th in the 100 breast, and 7th in the 50 back. Nicholas Herzog (8) placed 7th in the 100 back, 4th in the 200 IM, and 10th in the 50 back. Mark Hilton (11) placed 3rd in the 200 breast, and 9th in the 50 fly. Bobby Juliano (13) placed 1st in the 1650 free, 10th in the 100 free, 4th in the 100 back, 4th in the 500 free, 5th in the 200 back, 9th in the 200 IM, 6th in the 50 breast, 4th in the 200 free, 5th in the 50 back, and 2nd in the 1000 free. Andrew Marsh (12) was 3rd in the 100 IM, 2nd in the 50 fly, 2nd in the 100 back, 2nd in the 200 back, 3rd in the 200 IM, 7th in the 50 breast, 4th in the 50 free, 4th in the 200 free, and 3rd in the 50 back. Matthew Marsh (9) placed 4th in the 100 free, 2nd in the 100 IM, 1st in the 50 breast, 3rd in the 50 free, 1st in the 100 breast, and 2nd in the 50 back. Megan Marsh (9) was 1st in the 100 IM, 2nd in the 50 fly, 1st in the 100 back, 3rd in the 100 fly, 2nd in the 200 IM, 1st in the 50 breast, 3rd in the 50 free, 1st in the 100 breast, 4th in the 50 back. Will McCauley (11) placed 5th in the 400 IM, 9th in the 100 free, 4th in the 200 breast, 8th in the 50 fly, 13th in the 100 fly, 10th in the 200 back, 14th in the 50 breast, 6th in the 50 free, 6th in the 100 breast, and 8th in the 200 free. Declan McLaughlin (11) placed 3rd in the 100 free, 2nd in the 100 IM, and 1st in the 200 breast. Megan Morcio (10) placed 14th in the 100 IM, 13th in the 50 fly, 8th in the 100 back, 11th in the 100 fly, 13th in the 200 IM, 11th in the 50 breast, 7th in the 100 breast, and 14th in the 50 back. Julia Morgan (13) was 16th in the 100 free, 11th in the 200 back, 12th in the 50 breast, 16th in the 50 free, and 14th in the 50 back. Rachel Mulhisen (13) was 12th in the 100 free, 12th in the 100 back, 15th in the 50 breast, 12th in the 50 free, 12th in the 100 breast, and 9th in the 50 back. Luke Otto (11) placed 3rd in the 400 IM, 6th in the 100 IM, 4th in the 50 fly, 9th in the 200 back, 9th in the 200 IM, 9th in the 200 free, and 5th in the 50 back. John Stoklosa (11) was 6th in the 400 IM, 5th in the 200 breast, 9th in the 500 free, 13th in the 200 IM, 11th in the 50 breast, 15th in the 50 free, 12th in the 200 free, and 6th in the 50 back. Tom Stoklosa (10) placed 5th in the 500 free, 5th in the 100 free, 3rd in the 100 IM, 2nd in the 50 back, 4th in the 200 IM, 2nd in the 50 breast, 5th in the 50 free, 4th in the 200 free, and 2nd in the 50 back. Mazie Swensen (13) placed 14th in the 100 free, 8th in the 100 back, 14th in the 200 back, 15th in the 200 IM, and 16th in the 50 breast. Alexis Wojtowicz (11) finished 1st in the 100 free, 2nd in the 200 breast, 2nd in the 100 back, 2nd in the 100 fly, 2nd in the 200 back, 3rd in the 200 IM, 1st in the 50 free, 2nd in the 100 breast, and 1st in the 50 back. Brittany Wolf placed 13th in the 400 IM, 10th in the 100 IM, and 14th in the 200 breast.
