ElderWood Crestwood Commons patio homes and apartments will hold an open house on Saturday, April 26 from 11 a.m.-3p.m. Crestwood Commons is located at 100 Crestwood Court off Witmer Road in Wheatfield.

Attendees can take advantage of deposit incentives and enter to win raffle prizes. The first 100 guests will receive a free annual packet from Hi-Way Produce. WBEN will broadcast live from Crestwood Commons from 11 a.m.- 1 p.m.

Guests can tour the brand new 1- and 2-bedroom patio homes and apartments for active seniors. Monthly rent includes all maintenance and repairs, weekly housekeeping and linen service, lawn care, 24-hour security and scheduled transportation for shopping, banking and worship. Unlike many retirement communities, there are no up-front investments or association fees.
