MusicalFare Theatre, Western New York's most awarded and only professional musical theatre company, presents the final production of its 2007-2008 subscription season, the regional premiere of BEYOND THE RAINBOW: THE NEW JUDY GARLAND MUSICAL.

BEYOND THE RAINBOW tells the tragic and memorable story of Judy Garland. Set during her legendary 1961 Carnegie Hall concert and featuring many of her hit songs including "The Man That Got Away," "That's Entertainment!," "Get Happy," "The Trolley Song," and, of course, "Over the Rainbow," BEYOND THE RAINBOW simultaneously treats its audience to the famed concert while telling the life story of one of Hollywood's most cherished and unforgettable icons.

Coincidentally opening on April 23 rd - the 47 th Anniversary of the actual Carnegie Hall Concert -- the production stars Loraine O'Donnell as "Concert Judy," Michele Marie Roberts as "Younger Judy" and Todd Benzin, Marc Sacco & Kathy Weese. Set Design is by Chris Schenk, Lighting & Sound Design is by Chris Cavanagh and Costume Design is by Loraine O'Donnell & Olivia Ebsary.

The performance schedule is April 23 rd - May 25 th, Wednesdays at 7:00pm, Thursdays at 7:30pm, Fridays at 8:00pm, Saturdays at 4:00pm and 8:00pm and Sundays at 2:00pm. Meet-the-cast talkbacks take place after all Wednesday performances.

MusicalFare Theatre is a professional musical theatre company in residence at, but independently operated from, Daemen College. MusicalFare Theatre is located at 4380 Main Street in Amherst, NY (between Harlem and Getzville Roads).
