East Amherst native publishes "Anointed Voices"

The book Anointed Voices: Christian recording artists on faith, music, and life released recently from Primo Publishing New York, but you won't find it in bookstores. Anointed Voices includes interviews with Christian and Gospel recording artists like Charlie Daniels, John Tesh, Martha Munizzi, Nicole C. Mullen, and Claude McKnight of Take 6. In keeping with the times, the book is available as a digital download (or in old-fashioned print) from lulu.com/christianmusic.

"Why bother with traditional bookstores?" asks author Mark Weber, an East Amherst, N.Y. native. "I buy other people's books online, so I'll sell mine using the Web. Because I've got my own established e-mail list of thousands of Christian and Gospel music fans already, I can send them a link so they can buy Anointed Voices with a few simple clicks."

Weber, who runs the Web site ChristianMusicMonthly.com, thinks Anointed Voices will connect with Christian music fans.

"Anointed Voices contains candid interviews with more than two dozen singers who share their thought-provoking opinions on topics like politics, religion, porn, and race relations," he says. "You'd be surprised at what some of these faith-filled artists say in this informative and entertaining book."
