Narnia comes alive as a musical presented locally

Narnia The Musical, based on C.S. Lewis' The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe, will have six area performances March 30th - April 7th, 2007.

The musical will be performed at Love Joy Gospel Church (5423 Genesee Street, in Lancaster, New York) on March 30th at 7pm and March 31st at 1pm and 7pm. Then the production will move to the Lancaster Opera House for performances on April 6th at 7pm and April 7th at 11am and 3pm.

Narnia The Musical will transport audiences into a unique, enchanted world filled with creatures and spirits of myth and fable. Produced by Love Joy Gospel Church, the production will feature members of Lancaster Presbyterian Church, as well as members of Love Joy. From the opening song, "Aslan's On The Move," to the joy of "You Can't Imagine (How Beautiful It Was)," Narnia The Musical is a breathtaking experience not to be missed.

Tickets are $12 per adult, or $10 for seniors (over 55), students (college ID), or children under 12. Group discounts are available for groups over 30. Tickets are available online at www.lancopera.org or by calling 716-683-1776.
