ART RAFFLE TO BENEFIT ART MUSEUM
The Museum of European Art in Clarence is going full speed in preparing for the opening of the Sculpture Garden of Alexander.
We still have a lot of work to do before the Grand Opening on SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 7, 2008 at 2 pm.
A 15-member delegation of friends, artists and art lovers is coming from Europe, to be with us on this special occasion.Among them will be the sculptor Kurt Arentz, world-known wildlife photographer Horst Niesters, and other personalities.
In order to raise money to pay for some of the pre-opening expenses, we are having an ART RAFFLE.
Each ticket is only $ 10, and the Grand Prize is a nice, color lithograph GRETCHEN by Salvador Dalí.
In addition, there will be numerous other prizes such as lithographs, graphic works, unique European art posters, art books, art objects and rare exhibition catalogs.
And wine & appetizers for the ticket holder and one guest, at the Grand Opening.
Since we do not have a big organization with volunteers who could help us with this project, we would like to ask art-lovers in the Buffalo area to help by ordering from us 5, 10 or more tickets to offer to your friends and acquaintances. We will have many prizes, and chances are good to win at least something interesting and enjoyable.
After selling the tickets, you would send us the filled out bottom stubs and a check for the money collected.
I look forward to hear from you and to see you at the Grand Opening, if you can make it!
