Community Services for the Developmentally Disabled offers Budgeting Classes to people who have a developmental disability. Classes cover topics such as coin recognition, balancing a checkbook, and savings. The class meets every Tuesday from 9:30am until 11:30am at 452 Delaware Avenue, in Buffalo.
