Niagara University will host a dodgeball tournament fund-raiser on March 3 from noon to 5 p.m. in the Kiernan Center. All proceeds will go to the Make-A-Wish Foundation. The event is sponsored by the class of 2010.
"As elected representatives of the freshman class, we feel it is important to work alongside our fellow students to help others in our community," said Eric Walsh, president of the Class of 2010.
Since 1980, the Make-A-Wish Foundation has enriched the lives of children with life-threatening medical conditions through its wish-granting work. The foundation's mission reflects the life-changing impact that a Make-A-Wish experience has on children, families, referral sources, donors, sponsors and entire communities.
Registration for the tournament will take place from noon to 1 p.m. For more information on this event, contact Walsh at 716-286-8510, or
