Jim Ritcher - Former Bills' Guard is Airline Pilot

Former Buffalo Bills' Guard (1980-93) was one of the anchors on the offensive line which propelled Buffalo to five trips to the AFC Championship game and four appearances in the Super Bowl over a six-year period (1988-93).
See below for his biographical sketch:...jersey number 51...born May 21, 1958 in Medina, OH...outstanding athlete at Highland HS in Medina, OH...went on to North Carolina State where he earned the 1979 "Outland Trophy" as the nation's top lineman as a senior...Bills' 1 st round draft choice in 1980...played left guard for 14 years (203 regular season games) with the Bills, then finished his NFL career with Atlanta Falcons (1994-95)...received the prestigious Ralph C. Wilson, Jr. Distinguished Service Award from the Monday QB Club in 1997...inducted on Bills' Wall of Fame on November 21, 2004...inducted into the College Football Hall of Fame in 1998... full name: James Alexander Ritcher...current occupation: commercial airline pilot and flight instructor living in Raleigh, NC.
