"Peggy Sue Got Married." They tried to pass this off in the 80's as a "Back to The Future" for girls but 1) it was a totally different film and 2) BTTF was for girls as much as for boys! I think you have to be an adult to get, understand and like PSGM. Right now I'm loving a comment Peggy's grandmother makes to her. "Browse through time. Choose the moments that mean the most, the ones that last."
Biking along the Pacific Coast Highway at 6pm and the sunset makes all the private beach coves look like paradise postcards.

Mango Mandarin Body Splash by Bath and Body Works. I found a going out of business sale here in LA that was selling it for four dollars and I had loved it at Shelly's house over New Years so I had to get my own and now I'm already half way through!
Tomato soup.
Texting. It makes me feel so much more connected to everyone. I should be doing a Spring commercial. They're still thieves but you know.
My new Ipod- it's so great to not be using a Dell DJ that only plays out of one ear when you hold the earset base in a certain position. We've all had these issues when the device was on its way out,you know what I'm talking about.
Nylon magazine. Psychology Today magazine. Glamour. (Best for plane rides.)
The 80 degree beach day we had today in Santa Monica- I got my tan back!!
Hot rollers.
Doc Jensen at EW.com. The best person out there writing about LOST. The way he reads and researches books so that his readers can figure out what's happening and what to read to understand the creators' intents, not to mention the way he brings personal anecdotes in is just genius. Give this guy an award already. If you haven't checked out his column, go now and check out his article about being on the set last month...
'Wonderfalls' the tv show. It isn't on anymore because tv execs decided that although it had loyal fans, it wasn't bringing in enough money. They didn't give it a chance. Lots of people protested the cancellation including me but it just didn't work. It's hilarious. magical, sarcastic, totally Gen Y and really unique. I fall asleep to it every night. Check it out on DVD.
"Life Laughs" by Jenny McCarthy.
My best friend Shelly. No matter the time difference or what I'm doing, I get a great feeling in my chest thinking of her because she instills in me such a confidence in our friendship and in myself.
Taking myself on a movie date tonight.
Getting a letter in the mail. An actual letter.
Having a specific date ready for my b-day party back home- I'm so excited to see everyone and get back there!!!!
"The Hunt For The Green River Killer" on Lifetime. Laugh at Lifetime all you want but sometimes they get it RIGHT. I'd been following that case sinceI was a kid and it's unfortunate that they GOT the guy right as we first were suffering from the events of 9/11. The country was too in turmoil to pay much attention to the fact that the killer was apprehended and the 20 plus something years work of Dave Reichert went a little too unnoticed in my opinion. Check this movie version out- Tom Cavagaugh is GREAT at Reichert and it really shows the dedication it took to solve that case and how CREEPY the killer was. I know many people who can't seem to devote an HOUR to something let alone their lives for 20 years.
Birthday cards that straggle in a week later. It's so much fun to still be getting them!!!!!
